Make Time for the Maker Lab at Weston Art & Innovation Center

The Owl made a panther at last year’s Cricut class

If you’re an artist, student, or maker who is looking for some space to make your latest creative item, check out Weston Art & Innovation Center’s Maker Lab on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 10 am – 12 pm. Makers can work with any Art & Innovation Center equipment for which they have been certified, including the 3D printer, the Cricut Maker or the Sewing Machine.

Working on an art project with a friend or classmate? Reserve some studio time, and meet up in the wonderful sunlit spaces. Just trying to escape your two-year-old? Make your own crafts that have nothing to do with finger paints and popsicle sticks. Use the sewing machine for your Stay at Home quilt. Think, create, have fun. The Weston Art and Innovation Center provides a perfect space to be inspired, collaborate with others, and finish projects.

The cost is $5 and you must provide your own materials. Masks must be worn and all social distancing rules apply. Reservations are required and you can make them here. The Weston Art & Innovation Center is in the Old Library space at 356 Boston Post Road, and parking is available behind the building or at Town Green.
