Well, it’s another busy week in Committee-landia, including the Trifecta of Joy on Tuesday night. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, hang on to your calendars. All of the meetings noted below welcome and leave time for public comment, whether they are online or in person.

Library Board of Trustees meets at 9:30 am in the Library Community Room. Did you know there is a vacancy on the board due to a resignation? This could be a nice place for you to volunteer. There is also an AIC discussion in case you feel like you’re not up to date there.

School Committee meets Monday night at 7 pm by zoom. I wonder if they will ever go back to in-person: attendance is so much better on-line. Anyway, my favorite item is Review of Start of the School Year. Agenda is on-line here and screen shot below. By the way, did you know both Bob at the Bus Barn AND Tess Souza at food services retired? Yes, true story. Sadly, the Owl has her WFTA executive board meeting tonight and will not be able to attend this meeting. Take notes for me, okay?

This is your fun night. How to get to all these important meetings? Hmmm. Well, looks like Planning Board is the away team at the Select Board home game, so that helps but if you want to get to Historical Commission, Select Board and Conservation Commission, you will have to manage your zooming carefully.

Historical Commission is meeting at 7 pm online. I’m just going to link that agenda, because it’s got some stuff with individual addresses, and then there are documents linked to those, and I just can’t handle it. JST gets discussed at 8:10 pm. I love updates on the JST…it is looking so good.

Select Board with special guest Planning Board is at 7 pm online! Yahoo! Looks like the opening act is all about Housing Production Plan and it’s important. Don’t be saying later on that you had no idea what was going on. HPP. Be there. Planning Board gets the first bit but then we’re on to Select Board priorities for 2022 and PAYT bags and all kinds of fun stuff.

Conservation Commission is also at 7 pm on-line. What’s an Owl to do? Well, probably go to the Weston Media Center videotape later. Here’s a link to that agenda, because again with the private addresses. My second favorite barn seems to be doing something and oh, a WFTA trustee is on at 9 pm. WFTA rules. Check it out.

Zoning Board of Appeals is also at 7 pm onine…but nothing seems too controversial. It’s not about the Whopper. Agenda here.

Board of Health at 3 pm, in -person! Wear your masks to the Lower Conference Room in Town Hall. Updates and stuff to be had.

There is always other stuff going on during the week–especially at the Council on Aging and the Library. Check those pages for more information. Also Board of Assessors. I just got lazy. Sue me. No, please don’t, my liability insurance is marginal at best.
