Updated COVID Resources from Weston’s Board of Health

Who here is tired of talking about Covid? Umm, me. I don’t even know if it’s all caps anymore COVID or upper and lower and this whole BA,2 is making me cranky because it sounds like a British Airways jet. But BA-2 is coming — and really has already landed – so a great way to be prepared is to read the very helpful Board of Health page with updated Covid Resources. You can find the page here.

First and foremost, there is a comprehensive list of mental health resources. We all know that isolation and anxiety are taking a toll. Please read through the options given and consider your own mental state or that of those around you. Some things cannot be fixed only by a nice walk in the woods, which is always my first prescription, as long as you don’t get lost because that is not a good thing either. The birds are singing in the early mornings, and the great blue herons are back. Anyway, lots of help is available for those who need it.

In addition, know if you are eligible for a booster and how to find one. And then yes, info about BA,2 and how best to protect yourselves and others. We are not done with masks, people. There is a lot of great information that maybe you already know but it’s always good to review. Stay safe, Weston…spring is coming (yes, I know that technically it has arrived…but…New England…)

If you still have questions after reading the information on the page, please call the Board of Health at (781) 786-5033 or send an email to COVIDquestions@WestonMA.gov.
