Codman Estate Arts & Crafts Fair This Saturday, September 10

Okay, who here loves an arts and crafts fair as much as the Owl? Don’t be shy because one of the best local ones is this Saturday September 10 from 10 am to 4 pm at the Codman Estate in Lincoln, our favorite neighboring town. Well, my favorite anyway because I share a backyard with them.
Now in its fortieth year, the Fair promises to offer lots of stuff that the Owl doesn’t need but definitely wants, with birch tree art, handmade tree shirts and large wooden pencils all past purchases. I love them all.
The official word from the Historic New England site: this annual event features the work of nearly one hundred local artisans. Work includes painting, woodworking, food products, jewelry, photography, glass, clothing, metalwork, and more! Enjoy live entertainment, a food court, and first-floor tours of the Codman Estate.
Weston artist Paul Angiolillo will be one of the artist with work at the fair. Make sure to stop by and say hello and check out his wonderful wooden works of art (yes, he is the sculptor of my lovely chunky wooden pencil).

Historic New England Member tickets are free; nonmember tickets are $5. Log in or join now to have your discount applied at checkout. You may buy tickets at the “door.”
