Do You Know an Outstanding Sophomore? Rotary Wants to Hear About Them

Do you know an outstanding sophomore? The Rotary Club of Weston & Wayland is looking for your help to generate nominations for the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, which is exclusively for sophomores who live or study in Wayland or Weston. Go ‘cats. And umm, Warriors.
The Owl personally knows two RYLA winners from past years and I will say that they are exceptional. One was a role model for one of the Owlets in drama and in life, and was so involved in community service, I can’t imagine how she got any of her schoolwork done. Now she is eating poutine in Canada — which does demonstrate a slight issue with her taste buds but this is not judged by Rotary.
Please help Rotary find generous sophomores by completing this 5-minute form and by sharing it with all the faculty, parents, and students you know. https://docs.google.com/…/1FAIpQLSfiB2kEG35Ag4…/viewform

Nominating a sophomore takes 5-7 minutes using a very simple Google form. Anyone (faculty, parent, student, community member, coach, advisor, etc.) can nominate any student who lives or studies in Weston or Wayland. https://docs.google.com/…/1FAIpQLSfiB2kEG35Ag4…/viewform
The first round of nominations closes on October 27, and the first group of sophomores will be celebrated on Thursday, November 10th.
