Pediatric COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Series with Wayland: 4 Wednesdays

And we’re back with a new edition of Wayland: Friend or Enemy? Last week’s results say “enemy” because that there was a track meet. Girls hockey game of the co-op program WarCats? Friend. And now, because we are all in the battle against Covid: Friend.
The Wayland and Weston Health Departments are partnering with Transformative Healthcare to offer a series of public Pediatric COVID-19 vaccine clinics. These public clinics are open to ages 6 months-12 years in age, accompanied by a parent/guardian/caring adult, from any town of residence. You may not come with an uncaring adult or an Owlet, whose motto is “no one cares.” By the way, he is vaccinated so he cares.
Moving on, here’s the real news:
Pediatric COVID Vaccination Clinics – Weston/Wayland
Wednesdays: January 25, February 1, February 8, February 15
12 noon – 2 PM
Wayland Town Building, Large Hearing Room
41 Cochituate Road, Wayland MA 01778
In other random Owl commentary… really? “Large Hearing Room”– this is worse than a “Community Room” though close to our “Basement Conference Room” which is not appealing. I vote for us to change all hearing/community/conference rooms to exotic locales. Your COVID vaccine is in Fiji (room). Or the pediatric one can be in “Orlando” or “Storyland.” We did that naming at Visa when I worked there and it was fun–I would leave a meeting in Fiji saying sorry, all, got to run to Zermatt. Different continents in different buildings. Wow, Visa was fun; I would totally go back. Never did get to Paris there–that was the executive conference room.
Where was I? Oh yes:
