In case you all think that the Owl cares only for Wildcat Sports, guess again! While neither of the Owlets followed a musical path (to the intense relief of their third-grade violin instructors), I am amazed and thrilled that we have such musically talented kids in our schools. And talented teachers, if I forgot to mention that, which I did until right this second.

The All-State results are in and our Weston students performed extremely well!  Weston had 14 students accepted!!  This is an extraordinarily large number for a school our size. Also impressive in the results are the multiple students at the top of their sections.  I am so proud of our students and teachers for their outstanding preparation for these auditions.

The students listed below were selected for the 2023 Massachusetts All-State Band, Chorus & Orchestra.  They were selected by audition from students throughout the state of Massachusetts and will perform at Boston Symphony Hall on  Saturday, March 4, 2023.
