The Weston Friendly Society of the Performing Arts​ presents ​the Fourth and Fifth Graders of Friendly Kids of Weston in the production of Shrek The Musical Jr. I do not think I need to explain the storyline of Shrek (and the Junior version just means that you are not there all night) but suffice to say that everyone’s favorite ogre is back in this stage “spectacle,” based on the Oscar-winning smash hit film and​ outrageous Broadway musical! I am not sure about the use of the word “spectacle” in the marketing materials–usually, I would go for “spectacular” but in this case, I am okay with it.
