Stewardship Saturday March 18: Chestnut Street Conservation Land

.
UPDATE 3/16/2023: This activity is ON for this Saturday. The trails are clear enough!
+++
Join Weston Conservation Staff and WFTA volunteers to construct a new footbridge at the Chestnut Street Conservation Land and repair some existing bog bridges on trails behind the Woodland School. Work will involve carrying lumber into the site, basic construction and assembly of a new footbridge (hammer/nail), and using cinder blocks and stones to re-set a number of sinking bog bridges. The work site will likely be muddy- good boots and waterproof, durable work gloves are recommended!
Park at Linwood Cemetery and help carry in tools and supplies from there. MAP.
