The Owl has been notified tht Kindergarten Screening for Weston Public Schools will be held on April 26. If your child turns five prior to September 1, 2023, and they have not yet been enrolled in Kindergarten, please visit this website for registration information and helpful tips.  

What exactly happens in a kindergarten screening, you may ask? I imagine it is tests such as walking across discarded legos, backhand chucking of sandwich meats out of crust-free bread, and bungee jumping off the gym roof. Or not. Probably it’s mainly an opportunity for your child to visit the school and meet with a kindergarten teacher.  Please make sure to register–no drop-ins are permitted.
