Waltham Open Studios – November 4 and 5

This weekend, November 4 and 5 from 12-6 pm, Waltham Open Studios flings open the doors on two very cool historic buildings filled with a warren of artists studios and artists making every type of art. The event has grown and grown since the Owl moved to metrowest in 2014, and now represents more than 90 artists working in a variety of media. Waltham Open Studios is in its 47th year!
Every year artists from Waltham Mills, Lincoln Studios, and Metalwerx invite the public to visit art where it’s made. During the first full weekend in November, thousands of visitors stop by to meet and speak with artists in their studios, view and learn about their artwork, and enjoy a weekend of performances, demonstrations, and children’s art-making activities. There is now a very nice brochure with maps and information which you can download here.

Waltham Open Studios is a free community event made possible by the donations of Waltham Artists and business and community sponsors. There is ample parking nearby: please check information here. The addresses of the two artist buildings are 144 Moody Street and 289 Moody Street.
