The West Suburban YMCA, a nonprofit offering youth and community health, social and educational programs in Newton and surrounding communities, is inviting the community to an open house celebrating Wells Ave Y’s first
birthday.

On December 15, 2023, the Wells Ave YMCA will be open for facility tours, free classes, full facility use, swim, pickleball, and all day sports. There will be refreshments, prizes, and open house all day. Friday, December 15’s operating hours are 5:30am – 9:00pm. The facility is located at 135 Wells Ave, Newton, MA 02459.

The free class schedule is as follows:

6-6:45am Bootcamp
9-10am Yoga
9:15-10am Aqua Sculpt
10:30-11:15am Y-Intervals
11-11:45am Y-Cycle
5:30-6:15pm Zumba

The pool schedule is as follows:
5:30am-9:30pm Adult Lap Swim
5:30am-9:30pm Adult Rec Swim
6pm-7:45pm Family Rec Swim

The gymnasium schedule is as follows:
5:30 am-2:30pm Pickleball
5:30 am-7pm Basketball
